Much to the chagrin of many, U.S. President Donald John Trump recently gave accused murderer, global drug lord and Netanyahu henchman Don Horacio one of Trump’s various, utterly bizarre and infamous “Trump Narco Pardons.”
Paraguay, known locally as “Narcoguay,” has been described by that country’s top-rated lawyer Rodolfo Guillermo Vougo-Zuccolillo as a (U.S.) “Managed Narco State.”
